Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pull a part off of those numbers. I may be able to work around it a bit based on the year and the fact that it is an EZGO. If you could provide what model of EZGO the vehicle is and a brief description of the controller (how many large bus bars, how many small pins or plugs if it has any) I could possibly deduce what it is.
