Is the Curtis controler 1205X-1601 12V 500A suitable for a Prestolite 4003 12V Prime Mover P-20845?

I have a Prestolite forklift drive engine 4003 12v Prime Mover P-20845 and cannot find any documentation about it thus I don't know the technincal details of this engine (torque, amps...) and was wondering if the Curtis controler 1205X-1601 12V 500A would be a good fit.
I don't have any core for a controler purchase what would be the final price of this controler core cost included.
