There's no difference at all, it's just a code that refers to AFTERMARKET.
regarding the GE motor 5BC49JB295 5BC49JB295 - General Electric Motor (Rebuilt)
The motor on my lift is 5BC49JB295A which is identical to the one you have in stock EXCEPT my motor has an "A" at the end of the numbers.
