If it stays on 4 amps the whole time is it the charger? 28115-G04 36V Ezgo Powerwise Charger for CUSHMAN, E-Z-GO
Got charger smwme ID # when bought used 1999 golf cart. Charged the 1 st time in 3 hrs. This time 2 weeks later thd needle just stayed on 4 amps the whole time. Could hear bubbling in batteries
